Late policy

In the event that a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, it will be considered a "no-show," and the full service charge will be charged to the credit card on record. Ashley Young Hair reserves the right to either reschedule the appointment or refuse service at stylist’s discretion.
